Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.

The Irish Car Bomb is a tried and true party drink. Its loads of fun to do with friends, especially if someone isn't fast enough and gets a mouthful of curdled Bailey's. Its tasty, packs quite a punch, and is fun to do with friends. Seriously, this thing is a hair's breadth from being the perfect drink.

Except for the cripplingly inappropriate name. Now, don't get me wrong, I am a terrible, terrible person, and have no personal problem with the name "Irish Car Bomb"; Hell, I find it hilarious. However, as you might imagine, folks can be touchy about drinks named after the tools of one of the most horrible terrorist attacks in Ireland's history.
